I got a letter like that for my Spyder. For MSRP it listed $15,185.

I called my dealer and told him I needed $100,000 refunded because I evidently overpaid by that much. I'm still awaiting my refund.

I didn't get a similar letter for my 992.

folks need to relax around here. I don't think OP is really up in arms about this.

That said, 2 tone exteriors could be killer on the 992. If i had time (I don't) and knew how to use photoshop well (I don't) I might take the time to play with the idea

Something tells me that these letters are being farmed out to places outside Germany. Or maybe the Germans have suddenly developed a sense of humor.

You wouldn't think it'd be that hard to properly list the options. The GTS configurator says it comes standard with a Carrera T side sticker, as well as some other weird things.

Oh nice a happy ending. I know coins with errors are worth all the money, so maybe hang on to that original document just in case.
