I'm also collecting my new T from Hennessey in October. Maybe we will bump into each other there!
For me they noted charging for a GPS tracker and interior protectant that come out to be around $1,700 in additional costs. I guess that's better then paying $5k to $10k in ADM like I've heard other dealers doing.
My wife was charged for the GPS tracker - she never activated it 🤣🤣🤣
Same - they were asking for something equivalent to Lo-Jack and also add-on interior protection. I believe it was about $2k adder for both. Would much rather pay add-ons for something I'd want (like detail and PPF) and maybe it's negotiable these days.
Hennessy dealerships make you purchase Apex Protect, which is similar to LoJack. The thing that annoyed me about having to buy it is the car already come with Porsche Connected Services that can locate the car for you if it is stolen. I would have rather purchased something useful that I wanted.
I have bought 5 cars from Hennessy.in the last 10 years. They are never over MSRP.
We bought a Cayenne from Hennessy in 2020 (10% off) - not a rookie but maybe the add-ons are due to us being out of state. I've been on their S / 4S / Targa 4S list since January.
How long were you folks on the list at Perimeter and Hennessy?
I purchased a 23 Spyder. Went on the list January of 2022 and car was delivered November 2023. Purchase history is a new, on the lot 2020 Macan GTS with my 2016 Spyder as trade-in. I’m not on a list at the present time but they know I would like a GT3 allocation at some point if that is even possible at this point.
I put down a $1,000 deposit on an S allocation at Atlante Perimeter Porsche in October 2021. About 8 months later got the allocation but deferred it. Then in October 2022 allocation came up again and put down additional $4,000 to lock in. Completed build mid November 2022 and took delivery early March 2023. No ADM but dealer required PPF and Ceramic, each at $2999, plus their $699 dealer fee. SA threw in set of front rubber mats, hats, mugs, Yeti mug, key rings, as well as carbon fiber pen and vintage 911 model (directly from Porsche). All in all, a good experience.

Perimeter has been very good to deal with. My SA has always been Tommy who is now the new car sales manager. He’s a straight shooter and always wants to foster a “customer for life” relationship. No dirty tricks.

When they make you purchase expensive - over priced addons - that you don't want/need - then that is the same darn thing as "Additional Dealer Markup" aka ADM.
Yes, Perimeter is a good dealership. Tommy is now the Finance Manager if not mistaken. My SA was Carl Griffith. Great person and straight shooter as well. Service Department reliable as well.

You’re probably correct. I know he moved up to management.
