I couldn't determine the makes and models from the aerial video on the news but it looks like a bunch of generic looking trucks and SUVs so perhaps transportation of vehicles made in Mexico? Based on the size of the ship and so many cars sitting up on the open top deck, I doubt it was a transatlantic crossing.

It is a combo roll-on roll-off enclosed ship on the rear half for vehicles and an open cargo ship on the front half.

The top back half deck of the ship is open with dozens of vehicles sitting out in the open. There are containers in the front half and more covered decks below with cars.
It was briefly mentioned on the news this morning that the cars were loaded in the US for export. I'm going to guess these are old auction cars up top that no one in the US wants to buy so they are getting shipped over to Africa.
