Also, it's not my poll. I shared it because at least it provides some sort of basis to support what I'm saying. Making baseless claims is a good way to sound like a clown.

Just really interesting to see how dynamic a post can be about a car offered for MSRP to its options and color choice. One can argue it could be the deal of the year or how the market is cooling off, or you're a pink guy or a blue guy. Wish I had the money to pull it off but good that it's off the mind since I heard it's sold, didn't really last for long...

Pink car good, but in "t" spec... I'm not so sure. Can't say pink and gunmetal grey were made for each other.

Best part about Porsche, they let you build the car HOWEVER YOU want it! Everyone can be happy and get what they want... i promise someone wants this 992 that is "sitting" at the moment

I will chime in as a Real World example of someone who traded in a blue 992 for a Rubystar Neo T. At the airport, headed to Europe today for Euro Delivery and cant wait to see Rubystar Neo in Person! Doesnt mean I dont like all the Blue Porsche colors, but Rubystar is a unique historic color and I think they will be unicorns (like greens, lava oranges etc...)

I just mean bloated w/stuff I wouldn't want, like power steering plus, FAL, 18-way seats, window trim in high gloss + triangle trim in carbon, and - worst of all in my personal opinion - the ventilated seats, which takes away the checkered cloth seat centers. If I could have gotten PTS, I may have been tempted into leather interior & extended deviated stitching, which would have put my build around $141k - just a sniff below this one. Hopefully the spec makes someone happy!

It's a Rubystar neo T that was ordered with Sportex and ventilation, which eliminates the Sportex. That's why it's sitting. If you order a Rubystar Neo 911, you need to pair it with the Carrera Exclusive wheels. IMHO, the RS Spyder wheels just don't work with this color. This car has 3 pedals and the important T stuff. If someone wants Rubystar, I'd hedge that they could probably drive it away for MSRP (and should negotiate a discount on a set of Carrera exclusive wheels at the time of purchase).
...and to be clear, this doesn't mean that I have talked myself into buying it. I am just saying that it would be a great car for somebody.

I hear you - they are tiny (front & rear)! Not a dealbreaker for me - I have an incoming Carrera T (Leipzig ED on 8/22) - but, man, they will look a bit silly next to the giant brake rotors on my M2.

If anyone is looking for a Carrera T, at MSRP, Ruby Star Neo, please message me. My local dealer has one available and I know there are several people waiting on this. MSRP is $142. Well optioned. Can send the sticker to anyone that is serious.
I know my dealer will sell to out of town buyers too.

I only wish I could have had rear wheel steering but no way I could handle thatRuby Star color . I could do silver or white . Besides shipping would be another 3 k to California . I found local
