I went with black calipers and thought they looked pretty nice with the Porsche lettering in white.

I have a Targa GTS, also with full black leather and yellow deviated stitching and yellow dials and belts. I love the yellow. I do have PCCB. I think it’s worth the cost for not having to look at rusty rotors for years as the car is a keeper.
If PCCB were not available I would have gone with black calipers and possibly had the PORSCHE lettering coloured in yellow.
There’s no law that says you can only have yellow interior details if you have PCCB. If you like yellow, order yellow, it’s lovely.
I also got double Porsche Crests on both headrests & armrest, which many said was overkill but it isn’t at all. I love it.

How does pre-trade-in work; Are you without a car for the next few months?

Yeah, and pay tax on the price difference only. Bought the car at MSRP, traded it at MSRP
Also, picked up this recently

LOVE everything about your car (except for the steering wheel on the wrong side)!
I may do something similar, but with guards red stitching, guards red dials and guards red seatbelt

Did your steering wheel come with chalk stitching?

You and I have talked in PM before. I love Carmine and almost bought it based off your car (wife vetoed it, her parents have always had dark red cars). How did you feel about such a bold great color like that? Suprised you'd go silver (most people start with a silver white black porsche and branch out). The extra cost of deviated stitching is there for me, you see it, it's visually exciting and you interact with those surfaces every time. Make sure you get the full deviated stitching (more than the 'free' offerings)

Theres a real life pic of black/guards two tone EM interior that is just flat out stunning

Black and red just seems to work great with the red calipers

Heres a fun build (I think Arctic is awesome on a targa)

two tone EM just looks great

cognac

hell even that black/blue is intense but that white targa pulled it off

Default Gloss Black Exterior Package

Ice Grey Metallic NEEDS the Gloss Black Exterior Package.
I won't take no for an answer

Gloss Black Exterior Package is trick. Caulk or any light color.

Hey Doc!

The GTS coupe was my second carmine red car (1st was a 2016 Cayman GTS), and while I love the color, I'm ready for something new.
IGM is a great color, changes a lot depending on lighting (white, silver, chalk-ish). But it needs a lot of contrast, IMO.
I'm not a fan of the high gloss package - very much dislike the mirrors in black...

I'm tilting towards Black/bordeaux red w/930 package or black with a deviated stitching color (?blue)

Also, no FAL or RAS for me, I don't use it nor see the "value" in it

These pics may help. My 23' 911s is Carrera White Metallic and some say very close to the new Ice Grey Metallic outdoors. This is Black/ Bordeaux Interior with 930 package, two tone vented seats, carbon fiber trim and personalized floor mats. To me it works great with my white and would also work great with the Ice Grey that you have chosen.

This build is a little boring for a Targa, but it is your car! If you want to keep it restrained add red deviated stitching and red gauges and call it a day.
