Carrera S Stalling Issue

I don't know what stalling means but twice in the last year my car has not moved forward when I stepped on the gas. Both times had cars behind me, once was in the middle of a busy road, the other at a busy turning lane. Considering an NHTSA complaint. Too late for me to lemon my car unfortunately.
