I think it looks great! Not sure why so many people on here are anti any red (calipers, taillights, interior bits) with Gentian Blue.

 

 

 

 

**** ... i am ordering black wheels now. i will use my set for winter tires or vice versa. beautiful car and nice pic.

 

just get use to it my friend and be happy its not black. my wife has a black Cayenne and that thing is a nightmare to keep clean and she ALWAYS wants it clean (inside and out!!). i had a black 911 and that was a nightmare as well. so it could be worse! but when black is done right there is nothing like it.

anyway, i wash mine weekly, just a quick wash though. nothing to crazy. i have a bottle of spray wax and just make sure you use towels that don't make swirls.

i have a detailer i use and take it to them once a year to have him touch up chips, get any swirls out i caused, etc.

enjoy it! it will never always be clean all the time unless you don't drive it ... and if you don't drive it that would be a shame. the 992 has wide tires and track so it throws dirt and **** everywhere.

 

LOL....You can associate any color combo with something. Ronald McDonald, Superman, Mr. Incredible.....I guess I chose Superman

 

 

I did full PPF on mine, makes it much easier to keep clean

 

do you have spacers on your wheels? your car looks incredible but the wheels look closer to your chassis then on most. maybe it’s the angle of the photo.

 

Might be the angle, I haven't made any mods to the car yet - it is just as delivered

Just got this GB C4S. This is my first post. I think the coloration in these photos's is pretty representative. I was so worried it would have a purple hue to it. But is is a pretty true blue with a great depth in direct light. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but it's grown on me for sure. Lots of compliments. It strikes a good balance between eye catching, but not over the top. I hope the photo's upload well.

Thanks for sharing the pictures and your impression of the color. This helps alleviate my similar concerns about the Gentian Blue on my C4S slated to arrive next month.
