What is the best new PTS color and why is it south sea blue metallic? In your opinion I mean
South Sea Blue Metallic, I'm pretty sure this is a g-wagon color. Its definitely the best blue color possible for a 911, don't get me wrong, all of the other blues are also the best blue colors in their own ways, this one is just slightly bester.
On a side note, why does Rock Green Metallic look like Aventurine Green in the configurator....and AG looks black....ahhh whos their quabity assuance guy?

Funny - yesterday, I was playing around with the configurator (which I never do because I'm not in the market) and happened on that color and built that configuration (except a C2S) nearly exactly - same South Sea Blue Metallic and heritage interior cabriolet. I think it would be a stellar color combo - and I'm a pretty boring color guy (with 3 silver 911s in the garage)
There are some great PTS greens out there. Brewster, Nato Olive, Oak Green etc.
Porsche racing green and whatever green 360MVA chose are my fav greens.
For new greens I think there are "Essmangreen" and "Verde British Racing Green", I guess vbrg is a little lighter than brg, and essman is a shade lighter than viper

I never realized you could spec the heritage interior with a C2S! I agree, definitely a really nice combo - this is one of the few specs where I like the center hood/top stripe on a cab, I think it matches really well with the heritage interior when the top is down. PCCB + gold wheels would be a really sick wheel setup on an ssbm spec

EDIT: Azure blue also looked great on the America Edition 911
Moon Gem is definitely a nice color, kinda reminds me of a lighter frozen berry pink
Azure blue I think white accents like the America edition work really well

I think in person with gold wheels, it will look very nice - ssbm color and gold accessories (wheels in this case) pair very well, although won't know for sure til I see something in this color

Sapphire might be a little darker

I agree, not a huge fan of the wheel design - but wanted to choose something gold to match the blue/color scheme

In the 10/22 issue of Panorama they cite a website for Porsche colors: www.Rennbow.com I was interested in looking at Agate Gray Metallic cars, found 179 of them. You can also discover Porsche paint codes.
