First RL'er with possession of their T! Any interior pics?
I was so excited that I almost forgot to take pictures. I will take some tomorrow (already night here).
The interior is the Sport-Tex with extended leather.
Here is a 992 T in ice grey from Porsche dealer Rotterdam. Sport design package with high gloss elements. Black optional wheels this time and again PDK. No T interior.
I don’t understand a Carrera T with the PDK. I know that a lot of people go this route. I still don’t understand why. The T is your opportunity to pair a manual with the base engine.
I'd imagine there are a lot of folks that order a T with PDK because they can't drive a manual (lack of skill) or live in a metro area requiring heavy traffic travel and don't want to build up their left leg strength.

Remember if you timed it right, you can get a T allocation potentially years before a base one.
I wish that were not the case, but do not begrudge anyone who did it.
*Also things like no back seat, RAS and PTV make it an interesting option for a stripper track car with PDK

I wanted a base or S. On the waitlist for both for a year +. T allocation becomes available. I want PDK. Are you saying I should say no to the T allocation?

1, Not everybody wants a manual - even in a Porsche - even if they know how to drive a manual. I've had 4 cars with manuals, and really don't want another one. MY T will be mostly a daily driver and not a weekend car - I want a car I can live with in most weather and traffic conditions.
2. For some (like me) I could get a T, but not a C2.
3. I can neither afford, nor do I have an interest in an S
4. I like the idea of getting RAS
5. Option your car however YOU want it. Accept that others don't want the same thing out of THEIR Porsche as you want in yours. They have to live with their configuration choices in THEIR Porsche, not you.
