I’m out of town at the moment, so I can’t get specific pictures.

Below is the best I can do with what’s on my phone.

Full pic and close up.

I had emailed Tommy a few weeks ago after viewing one of his videos. He informed me that he has partnered with Kies Motorsports to sell his TLG Mud Flaps.

I have ordered these and wonder if anyone has any knowledge or insight as to whether they could affect “wet mode” detection in any way? Apparently wet mode works on acoustics:

What Does Porsche Wet Mode Do?

Designed to help with hydroplaning, this feature uses acoustic sensors in the front wheel housing that detect water spray. This gives the system the advantage of being able to sense standing water on roadways after a storm has passed. After detecting water on the roadways of Los Gatos, Porsche Wet Mode will take immediate action by alerting the driver and working with other Porsche features to increase traction and driving stability

Anyone have any knowledge or experience if this could be any kind of issue?

I have the TLG ones installed and I’m still alerted about wet mode and to “adapt driving”.

I also still have eyes and can see the rain myself.

Agree that seeing rain is a good clue road could be wet but “wet mode notification” seems like a good alert/reminder to engage wet mode if desired. If it affects that detection in any way, it could reduce the benefit of a helpful safety system. Based on your experience, it sounds like it has no impact which is what I was hoping to hear. Thanks for the input.!

I've driven in some torrential rain and no issues - got the alert, switched the mode.

Thanks, sounds like wet mode detection/notification is not affected-good news!
