Well, can't write it all down here, would become a novel but started when his wedding 13 years ago did not happen all of a sudden. He put a lot of thoughts and skills into this built. Makes like ~500whp, reduced weight wherever he can (like no A/C in Florida - that is commitment) and cleanly executed.
PS: He also seems to have a little story to every piece on his car - but I can't recall them all.
Went to the Stoddard Swap Meet and Car show. Lots of great Porsche people and got to talk at length with Rod Emory and his father from 356 Outlaws. Wonderful people.
Took my step-daughter, who is visiting from Michigan, for a ride in mine, she had never even sat in a Porsche before....she loved it, can't wipe the smile off of her face. Now she wants one.....
