Yuck! Very pretty, but overly difficult to use.
I'll just bet, some minion sold it to management using a PowerPoint presentation. It probably looked real nice in their scripted slide show style presentation.
Of course the management team didn't actually try it themselves before signing off on it.
Jeez! Some things don't ever change.
