Default Lamin-X - Yellow Headlight Cover

I’m currently watching a special about Le Mans and Nurburgring..

Love the yellow headlights.

HAS ANYONE HERE DONE THIS?
- could this be installed on top of PPF?
- would this damage the PPF?
- any negative to this?

Here is the site:

992 Yellow Headlight Film

here it is on the 991

FWIW, I checked VA state law (home) and headlamps must be “clear” and cannot have colored tinting or films over them. SAD!
So check your local regs before you spend the money.

I think it looks fugly but to each their own.

I am certain that you probably ruin the PPF underneath if/when you get sick of the yellow film. Also- you have to recall that taking off both films could potentially damage/delaminate the lenses themselves
