Is there still a way to option a new build with rear fixed wing , like a ducktail?

Yes, the Aerokit option under Exterior in the configurator. Which model and region are you looking at?

I think the ducktail is only reserved for the sport classic models. I believe the Aerokit spoiler can be configured on the base, S, GTS models.

Aero kit and Aero kit high gloss black were my only 2 options. No "duck tail" option.

Correct.
It is a $6,910 option.
You get the SportDesign front and rear fascia and a rear spoiler with fixed wing.

I see nothing on the configuration site for aero kit on 992 gts cabriolets or targa it is available on coupes .

I have a 991.1 cab. With ducktail would really like it on the 992

This is why I asked which model…it is not available for cabs or targas and can not be special ordered as it would most likely interfere with the functions of the mechanical roofs.
