Hey all -I'm looking to get this trickle charger. Does anyone use this on a car without the smoking package? Does it need extra adapters?

Regardless of smoking package, the only 12V power output (standard cigarette socket) in in the passenger footwell and it should work fine with the trickle charger

EDIT:
for the 992 you may have to use the battery clamps or hardwire a harness to your battery because the footwell socket will shut off after a certain amount of time. If you search the forum I believe you will find a workaround to use the socket however

Is it a tender or trickle charger? I would not use a trickle charger as it has to be monitored so the battery is not overcharged-a battery tender can stay on indefinitely.
