Use it to negotiate the price. Despite what the dealer says this will impact the value of the car on the secondary market. When it's time to sell you will have to explain to the potential buyers- so put yourself in the buyer's shoes.

It wouldn't worry me personally whatsoever, but this is certainly going to be a deterrent for a lot of people and you should negotiate based on that.

1700 mile 2022 -- I wouldn't worry about it at all, and I don't agree anyone will care. Perfectly common for dealership cars to show up like that.

It would not worry me and I don't think it would deter most serious buyers anyway. Any car registered to a business will show up as a corporate fleet or corporate owned car. So if you registered it to your business for tax purposes, it'll show up on Carfax.

My local BMW dealer is trying to sell a "new" car with 1300+ miles on it. It's the GM driving it. Other cars listed as "fleet" are loaners mostly, so I'd treated it as a negative on the carfax.

Has it been titled and registered (moreso titled)?
I personally wouldn't let it bother me at all, although I would try and wiggle a few $$ out of them over it.
Reselling it shouldn't be that big of a deal at all, although some people might balk at it, but then well enough, that isn't the buyer for your car then, is it?
If it is something you like and everything is falling into place, maybe negotiate extra maintenance or some PPF or something if they won't come down on the price.

That would not be a concern to me based on a positive, professional third-party pre-purchase inspection. I would have a pre-purchase inspection on any 911 unless it was a Porsche dealership CPO car. If the individual owner or dealership does not agree to one, walk away.

Clearly Fleet can be used for multiple reasons, maybe the owner of the company added his car under his business so the business would actually pay for the asset pass through with no taxable income. I've seen it done! That's still low miles!! Fleet isn't an issue.
