Ditto on the white, mine at finished production stage (it started production on 9/10). Thinking that there was an update to TYD overall and that is the most probable cause.

I have the white screen and car is supposed to go into production on 11/11

Has this been fixed yet? I am still seeing this same thing. No date. Just call dealer. Frustrating.

Me too - my car came out of processing on 10/27 - still waiting for transportation to dealer 😡😡😡

Mine still has the white background, too. If I use the app to check TYD, I don't see any dates. If I go on the desktop site, it is still white, but I can click on the individual steps and see estimated dates.

For a bit mine just showed UNAVAILABLE and showed nothing. I called the 800 number for customer support and they explained the TYD is handled by an outside company and they would submit a ticket. Two weeks and two calls later my status came back for two days and then went to the white status page like everyone else. Since then only the TYD link I was sent works. The build has disappeared from the My Porsche app and website.

Guess I will call again today.

My SA called and told me my cabriolet has been assigned a truck for transportation to the dealer.

My car should be here in the next couple of days.

TYD has not updated yet.

The desktop version works on Safari but not chrome. If you desperately want to check.

Did anyone else’s TYD go back to normal or still showing the “contact dealer for delivery”? When I access TYD through the Porsche app on my IPhone I get that message. If I access TYD through a PC it shows the normal timeline. And if I access TYD on a different PC I get the “service not available” message. So there isn’t much consistency between devices.

Mine still shows the "contact dealer" message with the white background. Using the app doesn't give me any of the estimated dates, while the desktop site does give me dates but also shows the message with the white background.
