Car arrived at Taipei port 10/22/2022, PDI finished last Monday but it still stuck at Porsche Taiwan, not yet deliver to the local dealer where I live....! The process is so damn slow.

Which color is this? My targa will be very similar but not sure if its the same green.
At what point do I get nervous about the car itself?
TYD + pictures show my car was completed and arrived in Emden in mid Sept. It's been scheduled an missed boats about twice a month since then. With a late Jan PEC delivery date, I won't be picking it up until sometime in February. The car will have sat at the port for 5ish months, and be delivered essentially mid way through the next model year. I don't know why. Could it be damage? PEC delivery was going to include a great trip back to DC when it was originally schedule for Sept. In February, not so much.
I assume it's sat outside in the elements, and is exposed to sun, moisture, etc. The fluids and rubber will be old. Not sure if that means accelerated wear, but will assume I should service based on "born on", not delivery date.
It's essentially a leftover model at this point. I will get it months from the 992.2 announcement, and significantly after some 23's are delivered. If this were on a dealer lot 5 months after 23s were delivered (and I know things are not normal now), I would expect a large discount.
I don't have a ton of options on the car. It's a basic GTS with premium and lightweight pack. I can see the seats are already in it.

Clearly parts supply issues are delaying deliveries. My car started production on the 11/18 and will not come out till 12/16. I'd bet after the first of the year. Keep it till March!! It will be snowing very soon here!!

They did mention an update, and that they forgot to release a batch of cars after the update was done. The person who told me this said he didn't know what the update was, but said it was taken car of. That was several missed boats ago though.
