Default PTS Interior Help

Hi,
I have received a PTS allocation for a base Carrera. I would love a S allocation but the wait is too long, so I am going with the base. The color is Gemini Blue Metallic The two things I am struggling with is the interior color, and the Burmester. I am leaning towards the leather Bordeaux but would consider black with chalk stitching or slate gray and chalk. The reason for the Burmester is the Bose is not available on the base Carrera. The build code is http://www.porsche-code.com/PP7R9GS6. The picture below is a Targa 4, my allocation is for a coupe. Thank you!

Don't rule out the dark blue interior. I think it would look great with that color.

A colleague from another forum got a 718 with this interior which I think would look amazing with Gemini (one of my favorites). I think that Black w chalk stitch and red belts would be a nice, safe choice as well

Have a C2 schedule to go into production this Friday. Since Bose not available I went ahead and upgraded to the Burmester. We had a base stereo in our 981 and it was terrible. Maybe apples to oranges but did not want to take the change. Figured adding aftermarket would be just as expensive as Burmester and did not want to deal with the potential (even slim chance) headache of warranty issues on electrical.

Love the color. Maybe try picking the brains of multiple SA's. One of my local guys is an expert at spec-ing cars. Some of his builds are downright gorgeous....expensive, but beautiful. And I don't mean to be offensive, but as a bachelor I've learned that having a woman's touch makes everything look better. Homes, cars, stores, condos, yards, clothing, etc. They're just good at that stuff. Of course I'm a knuckle-dragging Neanderthal and need all the help I can get. Good luck.

Beautiful color! I think a warmer tone interior will work wonders: beige, truffle, bordeaux (with the black dash). My vote is the Cognac with pepita from the Heritage Leather.

Thanks for the suggestions! Regarding the Burmester, I had a 991.2 with the base stereo and it was very underwhelming.

I think with PTS, the interior needs to be non-black. Gray, chalk, bordeau, or dark blue would all work. I'd go for dark blue probably.

That is an amazing looking color. Plus, bonus points to you for getting PTS on a C2, that (to me) is the way to do it (the PTS)!

I am looking well in to the future a Yachting Blue PTS 992, which is kinda similar to your color, and have beat the configurator to death over the interior colors. I always come back to the Chalk/Slate Gray, which is what we currently have. I really would like the Truffle interior though with the Gemini Blue.

It depends on what vibe you're going for. Sport/Luxury, Luxury/Sport, etc. Either way, that is a very nice build.

This is over in the GT3 section and might help with some interiors.

Another vote for graphite blue but with chalk stitching. It will look fantastic with gemini blue exterior.

I would say truffle or the cognac. I don't think the cognac goes well with many colors.m but you're it does.

I personally would not go for the full Superman.

I think for that exterior, I’d consider black, chalk, beige, or truffle.

I'd go with Slate Gray with Blue Stitching (even better if you get Gemini Blue stitching as opposed to the std Speed Blue).
