How many miles does the car have? Fidelity platinum is a no brainer < 10k miles and even still a better buy up to probably 30k miles. You'll get substantially longer coverage for much less than or equal to $5500.

I'd really only go the CPO route if your car has a ton of miles (or you drive a ton of miles in short time), in which case a third party warranty will be much more expensive.
