the thing is they think its a computer issue from the last conversion i had with the tech
not a tranny issue
so replacing the tranny wouldn't fix the issue as they say
they inspected the tranny and said everything is good
with no damage on anything (gonna take there word for it )
i haven't gotten a update for the second time in the shop '' still looking into it ''
hopefully they can figure it out losing my mind dealing with this
gonna have to put winters on this thing by time i get it back LOL
ive attached a couple of pictures of the car so people can see this beauty
since its locked up on a lift for the for seeable future haha

Fair enough; I'd still give them time to diagnose and fix. These are pretty complex machines and the workshop guys are often bound by processes laid out by the factory that they need to follow. The one thing I would make sure though is that they have an experienced person on the job and not a newbie.
they said its the shop foreman and apparently he works on all there GT cars
so why not my GTs LOL

!st find a dealership that knows how to fix the car. I had a cracked air intake and it was 12 plus hours just tracing it out. Give Porsche a chance. You have to have a tech that knows what he/she is doing!!! Ask what code is it kicking out and talk to the tech. Good luck!!

just heard back from the dealer
they are saying the issue could possibly be a faulty pressure sensor for the valve body (inside the gearbox) with this sensor a new fan, gasket, filter and oil are also being replaced
parts are 3-4 weeks out since coming from Germany
lets play the waiting game and see if this fixes the issue
fingers crossed

Even if they don't respond you've now at least got it documented should you need to go back and recreate the timeline.
Hopefully though this is its last stop in the dealer until regular service. Its a beauty.

We all buy cars. Sometimes cars break. Broken cars have warranties and dealers/oem's stand by these warranties. It's called life.
I am sorry that the OP had a bad experience - that sucks. But as long as the dealer and the oem are standing behind the work and trying to fix the problem, we should be satisfied. If you aren't happy with that, sell the car and walk with your dollars to another brand. This is called a free market.
Very worried for the world that people would think this is ok to expect / ask for.

I doubt very much they will compensate with any $$$ since they are providing a Loaner.
If they did not have a loaner then the squeaky wheel would get greased.

Wait, what? You want the dealer to compensate you for your loss of fun driving time?
