Photos are helpful.

Your Porsche has painted leather seats, so the best way to touch up is paint and a very, very thin paint brush with a steady hand. Get some Acyrlic paint at the craft store slightly lighter than your leather. Lay it in, let it dry between coats, and finish with some leather conditioner.

I’ve used a company called Fibrenew to fix leather damage.
They do a good job.

I use Fibernew in my Leather Furniture business when my knucklehead delivery guys catch on a door jamb on delivery to a customer. They run around $ 200 per trip call and will fill the scratch with putty, sand it, and airbrush paint over the area. They do a good job and my customers are usually pleased with the work. If you want a pro repair, go with them. If you want the $ 5 repair, you can DIY as outlined above.
