I contacted Rennline about a phone holder for a MT 992 and they said they need a car to make a prototype. Anyone want to volunteer to drive up and wait?
Their unit for the 991 worked great.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and until something better comes along that doesn't involve 3M or placing the phone in a cup holder... For good measure if it's such an eye sore, a dab of flat black paint on the head of the two screws exposed when the phone isn't covering it should do the job.
Prefer magnetic, and if possible, at eye level. Easy on and off. Solid and never fallen off. Angle doesn’t show it, but only blocks the side vent a small amount…ie, still get plenty of air to the cabin. My only mistake was, should have used as black USB-C cable (would have blended better) to the phone.
Beer to anybody that can identify where my phone screen pic was taken. Been going there (into the back country) since I was in high school…

I have their mount in my e39 m5; it’s a solid product. Rennline is in Vermont — bit too far for me.
How many of you named your cars? In my.porsche.com there’s a place to set a name. My family voted in the name “broomhilda”, so that’s my car’s name. I wanted “duchess” but the kids said it was too pretentious.
