Anyone have the official dates of the summer factory shutdown for Zuffenhausen?

I think typically in Aug but because of what's going on in the world lately, not really sure.

The Zuffenhausen Factory Tour team just emailed me yesterday stating they are not taking tours between 16 July to 4 September 2022. I wonder if that correlates at all with the Summer Holiday sched?

Seems likely. My GTS originally had a start production date of 7/29 and a completion date of 8/26 (a month for production seemed off). Today it updated with a start production of 8/26 and completion of 9/2. Possibly it was pushed to after the holiday?

My 718 GTS had the same 7/29 and 8/26 and was also moved to 8/26 and 9/2 completion yesterday.

Probably. It's a yearly thing that normally happens in Aug/Sept.
