Quick detail products.
Products I use -
1. When I purchased my 911 I drove it home (650 miles - NO dealers in Iowa!) and prepped it for ceramic coating with the McKees 37 product below. I could find no swirls / scratches / etc in the paint (side note - any paint correction needs on a new car are likely due to your dealerships staff creating them during their pre-delivery inspection using the universal "dirty towel") so I saw no need to do any machine polishing / correction. I washed the car with Dawn detergent and used Iron X to remove contaminants (Iron X is awesome by the way for removing any paint contaminants). After that I did the ceramic coating myself. Entire process took the good part of the day but it came out awesome, I saved a bunch of $$, and I have the personal satisfaction of a job well done.
2. For wheel cleaning I use the McKess 37 wheel cleaner. Works well - I have the RS Spyders so perhaps the most challenging factory wheel to clean. People who complain excessively about cleaning them are whining - sure they take a bit of time but they aren't that difficult. Just need to be patient and get every nook/cranny on the wheel. When clean they look awesome. They also hide brake dust well.
3. For washing I use the McKees 37 ceramic car wash. Suds are great and it cleans and rinses well.
4. When I dry the vehicle I do a panel / section at a time. When drying I use a first towel to pull most of the water off that section. Then I spritz a light spray of the Meguiars Ceramic detailer on the panel (there's still some water on it). Wipe that off now with a different / dryer microfiber towel and polish / finish the panel. Move on to the next. Do NOT use these microfiber towels to wipe glass - the detailer never totally washes out it seems and those towels will cause streaking on glass. So - dedicated towels for paint and glass.
That's about it. Good luck and ENJOY taking care of your 911!

My car has front PPF and a Gtecniq ceramic coating. I use the Gtechniq soap and quick detail spray. I do not do the quick detail after every wash. I have been using the two bucket method with grit guards. Separate buckets and mitts for the wheels. I use a leaf blower to dry the car and a microfiber towel for door sills, etc. I like the results. Can’t compare this to any method or products since it the first ceramic coated car I have had.
