These are canisters. No perforated tubes though, no perforated baffles and no sound insulation material either. It’s a sound chamber that refines the tone and the softens the pops and bangs. A sound chamber can be compared to the body of an acoustic guitar. Its shape and size makes it sound nicer than a stick with just strings on it.

It transformed the car completely. It is LOUD but I love it. I can see how this would get annoying for someone who daily drives their 992 or wants to quiet it up on occasion.
