Correct. I have RAS, so have the Li battery. I only suggested the Li battery might be the issue because I thought that the GT3 had RAS, and therefore, came standard with the Li battery?

I would double check your connections to the battery.
I have…several times. I have used it several times and it successfully recharges the battery. Only because of an upcoming trip to Europe, I didn’t notice, or care, that the mode light turned off after fully charged (power light remains on, however).

Also, I would maybe go with the CTEK I put a link on above - could be a charger problem with the porsche charge-o-matic?. However my Porsche Charger worked fine for months for me (on both cars), I only switched over due to if there was a power outage.
There is another thread “anybody live near Gaithersburg, Md…” that has the same isssue.

Thought the Charge-o-mat should work (unless a power situation as mentioned) I switched to this one recently (CTEK makes the porsche charge-o-mat BTW) as if there is a power outage or brown out, this model only does lipo batteries, thus no mode select - so if the power were to go out and come back on - it automatically starts to charge again, with no need to select mode lipo, etc. Worth considering.

@Richard_Wallace this is the best advice, thank you! I used the Porsche Charge-O-Mat several times and had to do the dance with my fingers crossed trying to get it to stay on, sometimes it worked other times it didn't. I purchased the CTEK model you suggested. Hooked it up to the positive battery post and negative post on the frame and plugged it in. No buttons to push to select a mode, it just works. Simple plug and play - the way it should be.
