I did "look it up".

I called OMVIC on Monday and was told that it is not illegal as long as it is clearly disclosed in any advertising as directed in their "one price" legislation. What is illegal is to run an add with a price and not disclose any other hidden charges in addition to taxes.

There have been numerous ads for car dealers lately clearly stating their ADM charges. Ford Broncos are one example.

no. The shipping company has insurance to cover those cars and Porsche was made whole.
