C2S PDK wouldn't shift above 4th until restart
Anyone hit a problem with the PDK refusing to shift past a gear either in automatic or manual mode?
Was in my 2020 C2S w/PDK with 10.5K miles driving errands on local roads today and at one point it refused to not shift past 4th until I restarted the car at a light.
I was in Manual and Sport mode, not excessively up/down shifting or accelerating, no warnings on dash, all temps seemed normal, car had been driven on and off for most of an hour today and was driving around 45mph and attempted to manually shift from 4th to 5th and it would not. Downshifted to 3rd/2nd just fine, but would not shift past 4th. I then tried Automatic and Normal mode and it still would not shift past 4th regardless of speed/acceleration.
At a light I shut down and restarted the car and seemed fine in both automatic and manual and normal and sport modes.
At this point - I'm chalking it up to a fluke/quirk and going about my business unless it reoccurs.
