We package the 20x6x6 boxes quite well, as we know what happens to packages that aren’t packaged well! UPS rates, up 6% this year and it’s calculated per region. California shipping can be as high as $24. Just the shipping world we live in as we won’t ship USPS unless we have to (too many lost packages).

Not liking the notion of this gap. Seems there will be debris that gets stuck in there. Can we get some closeups of any gaps left after installation?
Also, why not bend the mesh to conform to, and fill, the entire opening without gaps?
EDIT: I just re-watched the install video. Seems the only gap is between the horizontal bar and the mesh. Is that correct? Nothing on edges? Still not ideal; we will 100% be picking leaves out from behind that, but maybe unavoidable without very complex design.

Not to take anything away from these guys, but they look exactly like Zunsport’s radiator grill screens. Been available for a while, and many folks here have them, including myself on 992 S. Custom fit. Only downside is they ain’t cheap, IMO. I assume these mount the same way as the Zunsport grills, which take about 10-15 minutes to mount the two outer radiator grill covers.
IMO, no matter who you buy them from, I think these are must have protection for the radiators….and, it keeps all the leaf and other debris from blocking the radiator. Why Porsche does not include them as either an option, or an included item is a mystery to me….more nickel and dimming from Porsche.

Great job RGS!

Huh? These don’t look to me like they are exactly like sun sport ones……. To me, the sun sport ones look like cheap mesh screen material that is cut to shape. These have a specific hexagon shape/pattern and appear to either be stamped metal or injection-molded plastic. From a distance maybe the look the same, but not up close. I am wishing I got the sport design front end so I could get these. I have the standard nose.
Great job RGS!

And I care, why? They look very similar to me while standing up, which is all that;’s relevant. Easy to install. Functional….so all good. Enjoy whatever you get…

Thats partially correct, we run the grille on the flat plane of the bumper for strength. The horizontal bar protrudes 1/2 an inch from that plane. We include a spacer kit to double back the cable tie through so you see only the black spacer and minimal cable tie. No leaves will get stuck there.

Ordered mine tonight.....and my car hasn't even come in yet.
Will be at the dealer in about 1 month and will have them install them when I pick the car up.
Perfect timing on this new product rollout.
Edit: After viewing the install video, I think I'll install myself as I will take more time than the Porsche tech will and achieve a better install outcome.
