getPorscheparts.com | NEW Genuine Porsche Performance Roof Box!!!

NEW Genuine Porsche Performance Roof Box. The innovative Porsche Performance roof box was developed in the Porsche Development Centre in Weissach particularly for Porsche vehicles. During this process, it was subjected to elaborate testing in the high-tech wind tunnel. This resulted in an aerodynamic design with first-class drag coefficients.

In this way the Performance roof box combines sportiness with individual design and functionality: In the Black high-gloss design with silver "PORSCHE" logo on the rear, the aerodynamic plastic box perfectly fits with the exclusive style of your Porsche. Special highlight: The side blades painted in Black (high-gloss) are replaceable and are available both in selected exterior colors and in an individually paintable variant. The Porsche Performance roof box can be easily matched to your vehicle. With a volume of 480 liters and a possible payload of up to 75 kg, it offers plenty of additional storage space for your next adventure. Thanks to the handy power click system, the roof box can be installed quickly and easily. The roof box opens from both sides and comes fitted with fastening straps making loading extremely convenient.

Details:
- Roof box in Black (high-gloss),
- "PORSCHE" logo on rear in Silver,
- Replaceable side blades in Black (high-gloss),
- Dimensions: 83 x 35.75 x 17 inches (211.4 × 90.8 × 43.4 cm),
- Max. payload: 165 lbs (75 kg),
- Volume: 17 cubic feet (480 liters),
- Can be opened on both sides,

Is this actually in stock ready to ship? Do you have any of the 320L?

The Performance Roof Box is not in stock here but available to ship within about a week's time once ordered.

The 320L box is available in black (platinum satin-matte has been discontinued and is no longer available):

Black 958-044-000-25 $691.74 - also available to ship within a week

Okay I may go ahead and order the black 320L. How soon do you think it could take to get to Ohio if I got expedited shipping? I have a trip I was hoping to take with it.

We'd estimate 3-5 business days total to reach OH once shipped.

Any got this box yet, thoughts? I'm debating getting it for my C4S. Thoughts vs the 520L Porsche box?

I just ordered it from Germany (via local dealer) and it should take 4 weeks. Thule Vector M/Alpine was actually my first choice, with lined felt and LED lights, thule 1-key system, on paper it's a much better box than the Porsche branded. But I was really curious about this 480L box so I'm going to give it a shot. My reasoning was that the 480L is tested for higher speed travel (Taycan, not 911).

The 520L is a very old Thule box from years ago. They're great value and have been around for a long time, many customers enjoyed the Thule version which is almost identical (myself included, had it for 6 years).

On a 911, I think the performance box is stretching the “visually pleasing” threshold for size. I just got the 320l factory box, and I love it but certainly wouldn’t want one any bigger or I think it would run the risk of looking awkward. Actually, if the 320l was a few inches shorter/thinner I think that would be ideal.

I'm looking for a slightly bigger box since I need to fit a stroller and stuff for the wife, 1 year old and dog... it's asking a lot but a few road trips successful so far borrowing a friends Yakima box. This was with seasucker system. With the whole configurator mess up with Porsche I didn't get my Porsche roof transport system spec with the car. Thankfully my dealership is going to pay for the cost to have this done by a Porsche certified dealer and have the brackets installed.
