No Printed Owner's Manual
#16
Picked up my 2022 Turbo S on 12/10, and yes, of course there was a manual in the car along with many other little manuals and service books in the black fake leather pouch. It is my bible right now. No manual? Totally unacceptable. You need this manual as a reference.
Salesmen... yeesh. "Our service specialist says it might be digital-only " Yes, of course he's saying this, because someone at the dealership probably lost the manual!
I don't know. All I know is that a new car without a manual is like a ...well, not good. You need that manual. I read mine before bed every night, about 4-6 pages a night. i'm about 198 pages into it's ~350 pages and let me tell you, I will probably NEVER understand how to work this car's PCM unit ;o(. Damn, it's complicated. Everything is on this car. I can do so far is turn it on and drive it in sport and put the Grateful Dead Sirius channel on. I know, I suck.

Yeah I'm going to make it a point to get to the bottom of this (might even send them this thread). Thanks for all the replies.
@patentguy you may want to ask your dealership as well!

I hear you. I'm 33 years old, I have a mechanical engineering degree, a law degree, 8 years of software programming experience, and own my own software company... and I have no ****-ing clue how to work this alien technology they call the PCM.

You are not alone (I am 65) the car is pretty complicated, and, in my opinion, it is about as clear as mud. Whilst the car is great, I think the owner's manual is one of the least clear, worst written owner's manuals I have ever encountered. Maybe something gets lost in the translation from German to English or German logic is different to ours.

My MY22 C4S which docked and unloaded at Davisville port around the last week of November 2021, has printed manual (and other booklets) in a faux leather pouch provided by dealer.
Pretty sure there was PCM6.0 instructions as well, as I skimmed it front to back to make sure I didn’t miss any hidden features/functions of the car as a whole.

I just took delivery of my C2S on saturday (also Canadian dealership). I was told specifically that my car did not have a printed manual as it was currently unavailable, and that they would provide one to me when it was. If anyone has a PDF copy, I would really appreciate a copy of it. Don't really want to have to scroll through PCM to look something up...
