Should be essentially the same - with the 19/20 wheels the tire sidewall is taller. With the 20/21 wheels the tire sidewall is not as tall. So, overall, the wheel/tire circumference is essentially the same.

Well I’ll be damned, it is in fact 0.2” lower (as F8Driver calculated) with the 19/20 Winter setup than it was with my 20/21 Carrera Classics. That answers why I seem to have a higher frequency of scraping on my driveway now, when I didn’t before. I had naively assumed it actually rode the same, if not higher with the 19/20 Winter wheels…
I don’t have a before picture handy, but it measured 6” on the dot of ground clearance for the front lip with the 20/21’s on.
