Another advantage with the Sportshifters **** is the height adjustment and as mentioned before, having the additional weight option makes it all the better.

I installed a Function First shift **** with my Numeric Racing short shifter. It was OK. I then switched to a Sportshifters GT2 shift **** and it is way better IMO. The Sportshifter **** is weighted and you can choose 3 different weights which makes a huge difference in shift feel. Also, there are endless customization options, materials, colors, finishes, etc. which makes it much more interesting to look at vs the delrin hard plastic/rubber material of the Function First ****. The Sportshifter **** is also grippier and feels much nicer to the touch and in your hand. The Function First **** is also smaller than the stock shift **** whereas the Sportshifters **** is about the same size as stock but just feels like much higher quality piece vs. stock or the Function First ****.
Now I’m on their website customizing. lol! Damn you!

www.sportshifters.com Their site is not entirely interactive so send them an email and ask to build you a custom one based on shift pattern and color to start. There's like 7 things you can choose for options on this shift ****. Very satisfied with the company and its product.

Also, I forgot to mention that a good YT video exists discussing the different weights, materials and “coins” available to order for your customized sportshifter. I found it very helpful to understanding the website and all the options available.
