Default Battery volts

Recently my car has been constantly running between 14.8 to 15 volts. Is this normal?

Normally mine is at around 12.8 V when fully charged. When I brake it goes up to 14.8 (or 14.4). And when the battery is low on charge it will stay up there until it reaches a full charge again. This can last 10 or 20 minutes.

Yes this is normal especially if the weather is getting colder.... the computer will adjust to a higher voltage to charge the battery better in cold weather.

Also if you have any other electronics on like AC , heated seats and other high draw items the voltage will go up as the alternator is smart and will be told to do this by the computer.
