Nonsense. I’ve owned both at the same time. PCCBs crush iron all day unless cost is a factor.

If you are buying a Base 911 because that is the configuration you like (we have seen lots of posts where people find the base more engaging), then I can see why you might add the PCCBs. But if you are going with the Base because of budget considerations, I would think your would get more value putting that money to other options.
