Default No More PEC LA?

I was encouraged by all the news of allocations coming through in other threads. I have an order demand in at a dealer for a C2 with PEC LA delivery. So, I went to check my code again today before calling my SA and the configurator tells me that my PEC LA delivery option has been removed.

I also tried building a brand new car and the PEC LA delivery option is also missing from that. PEC Atlanta and European Delivery options remain but nothing for PEC LA.

Anyone know what's going on??? My early speculation tells me that its related to west coast shipping issues. Lots of options to get a car to Atlanta, not nearly as many to get them to LA. Could this have a downstream effect on all west coast dealership deliveries? Again, just speculation on my part. Could also just be a large backlog at PEC LA.

They are really backlogged on deliveries and have many training sessions lined up for dealers on the west coast. They are still allowing it if you order a GT3.

Rumor is only GT cars and Taycan's are allowed deliveries at PECLA 2022 if you haven't already locked it in. Saw that in another thread.

Not even all GT cars, only 992 GT3's. GT4 is excluded

Ugh! That sucks! PEC LA was a huge part of my order and I was really looking forward to it. Then again, I haven't actually received an allocation yet, so maybe this will be a reason to push into 2023.

Or I could start looking at some of the European Delivery options.
