Well, ceramic coating is a non pliable coating. It could be scratched or removed.

My 2020 C4S, CPO, 8,500 miles has the identical micro scratches as described. Just with the right sun angle on the windshield. I don't recall this issue on the many other cars I've owned, also I did have it ceramic coated at 3,000 miles but just recently noticed it. The shop that did the ceramic was recommended by the Porsche dealer in Houston where I purchased it so I don't know if perhaps they did the windshield or not?
