Default Stone Guards - 992

All - I am super excited to join the Porshe family. I ordered my 992 in guards red. The ONLY item I am still deciding on is the black stone guards. I think it adds a nice contrast. thoughts? I plan on getting it wrapped so i can add the guards later.....attached are the looks with and without.

thanks!

with black guards

no guards

Agree. The black stone guards don't look good.

Keep in mind clear guards are standard. The black guards don’t look bad actually on red.

If you are getting PPF installed, don't waste money ordering them on the car. The PPF installer will need to remove them. Order the guards from Suncoast for $50 and have the installer put on over the PPF. I had my installer build clear stone guards for an easier replaceable piece. That area takes a beating.

It's a $50 sticker that can be easily removed if you want to change up the look later.

I don’t like black stone guards on any color of 911. In the flesh these cars do not need whatever contrast comes from that piece being a different color. Just my opinion, of course.
