I've been in several times because my PCM touchscreen will freeze up and won't accept touch changes. Got it again today and my service foremen says contacts in an iphone with "weird" characters is known to cause issues. Maybe it was an issue in the initial 992 deliveries, but I my car was deliver in 2021, and they have applied every software patch they can come up with.

Questions:
1) Does anyone else have a PCM touch screen that stops accepting touch to move between functions?
2) How long ago were you seeing it? (i.e. have they still not delivered a patch for this folklore issue??).
3) What fixed it?
