So you’re running the sport cats and the exhaust, or is it installed as one system with a setting to completely bypass the cats as well? Any CEL issues?

Just listened to the videos on Soul’s YouTube channel, and the exhaust sounds glorious. Like a cross between Fergie and Jesus.

I heard the videos again on a louder speaker. I can definitely discern a difference.

it sounds nice.

Hey folks, so sorry, but when I was detailing my car last night for the show, I noticed that the left rear tire was low. Well, it had 15 pounds of pressure so I pumped it back up last evening but it dropped overnight. There is one tire shop locally that can handle these wide rims and they are fully booked today and had a deaf ear to my plea. I was hoping to get a patch and take the four hour drive with ease, but no luck. I am on standby in case somebody cancels, but it looks like I can't make it. This is a super event and those that planned to go, I hope that you will still drop in to the Soul both. For those of you in the DC-Philly area, I am still willing to meet up to let you listen to it. One member here already did. Thanks kindly.

So my friend who is on this forum and I put our cars next to each other at a local porsche meet a few days ago.

We both have PSE.. I have stock cats and he has soul cats.

Everyone there heard no difference in the real world.

At one rpm or what motion is there a difference? I really wanted these but I stand by the point for the price and maybe, maybe 10 percent difference (nothing anyone in our crowed heard) its not worth it.

Very disappointed.

We are at the PCA Swap Meet at the moment, but we do know why these cars are not responding at free rev and certain load conditions with high flow cats like the previous 991.2 Carreras. We’ll have a nice education response early next week when we get back, as well as filling you in on what we are working on for it. Feel free to give me a ring at 4848836197 if you’d like the nitty gritty beforehand

Regards,
John Gaydos

I don't notice a huge difference just revving the car but driving and under load I feel they are different enough. I should have put the gopro on the back before and after install. Where I also think there is a difference is the induction noise as well. I've gone catless on my Audi RS before and that was a bit too much for me. Driving through downtown it sounded like gunshots when popping on downshifts.

I'm looking forward to the new exhaust that works with the sport cats I have.

Thanks for everyone's feedback.
Pop's and crackle and a louder exhaust I would think is the end goal for everyone. Why would you spend this money for little to no difference than PSE right?

I am looking forward to hearing /seeing and some more side by side comparisons.

Well, when I drove up to the tire place two people came out. The woman at the desk told me that she also looked out the window when I drove up - she thought it sounded awesome. Soul sport cats plus the performance exhaust is a wow.
