Door handles stay "out" when on tender?

Door handles stay "out" when on tender?
Installed my battery tender and leaving it on over night. With the car unlocked the door handles stay "out" full time. If I lock it they will go in.
Normal?

Not really sure what your asking but I’d go ahead and lock it 🤷🏼♂️

There are two or three threads on here, one right at the top right now about the tender/charger and the operation to keep it running and not shut off, but to also lock the car I believe. Take a look.
