Default Did Porsche jump the Shark?

Playing around with the 2022 configurator, very slow, and was checking out the new GT3 in the long awaited launch color, Shark Blue. Really like the SB accents for the wheels, headlight and seatbelt and thought I'd see how it looks like on the 22 TTS. Cannot figure out what happened to the new SB. Take a look. To me, it is not the same! Id call it Very Light Azure (Blue).

2022 TTS Shark Blue? Don't think so.

Do you mean to say GT3? GTS hasn't been announced yet afaik.

Yeah, those colors don't look the same, I hope the actual color is closer to the second of the two images you posted.

I love your clickbait thread title, by the way - it worked

If you configure any of the Turbo models, the Shark Blue looks like it's rendered incorrectly in that lighter shade. I didn't check every one of the others, but all of the non-turbo models seem to show shark blue as expected. Hopefully just a bug in the configurator.

The Carrera & GT3 configurator are updated. The Turbo configurator is still on the old version.

I am thinking about ordering a TTS with shark blue but i am struggling with the interior color. Don't like black interior.

Shark Blue appears to be the same as VW's Cornflower Blue.

Want to see a Shark Blue GT3? Jay Leno's Garage had the first in-country (USA) one.

The 22' configurator has a glitch recently. It doesn't show many things right. SB is indeed darker, although the light blue color looks better IMO and I would have spec'd it if the light blue was offered.
