Default Other health telemetry besides engine temp and tire pressure?

What are metrics you guys use when gauging how your car is doing, in particular after a spirited drive? I'm still new in my ownership, and I'm probably more timid driving the car than most others here, but I can't tell.

oil level, oil pressure, oil temp, alternator voltage/amperage, as well as tire temp are all things I check periodically.

Bring the Tire Pressure display up on the dial to the right of the Tachometer.
The Tire Temperatures are tiny little bars to the right of each Wheel's Tire Pressure. (See the Yellow arrows on the attached image.)
Make sure the car is parked and you have your glasses on if your vision isn't 20/20!
I strongly suspect that this is the temperature of the air in the tire at the location of the Tire Pressure Sensor. I do not believe it's the actual temperature of the rubber. Not even remotely the equivalent of doing tire temperature checks with a pyrometer at the track.

To my knowledge you only get the tire temps if you have ordered sports chrono.
