Anyone else having a problem with the Porsche Connect App for Apple iPhone and iPad? (and my PC too). On the iPhone and iPad, as soon as I open the app it shuts down. Won't even load really, as soon as it logs me in the app immediately shuts down. And on my PC, when I go to My Porsche, the service displays a message "Service Unavailable - Please try again later". Been doing this for a few days now. I even tried deleting the app and reloading - no joy. Crimony, I spend >$100K for a car and the damned manufacturer can't even get the lousy connect feature to operate properly. How can a company so technologically advanced as Porsche be so inept when it comes to customer care??

It's been down for at least a week. You're not the only one. I haven't bothered to contact them as it has been down before.
