Default Raising and lowering spoiler for cleaning?

I think this has probably been asked and answered before but I can't find it. So I raised my spoiler with the car parked in my driveway with the toggle on the dash to clean it. How do I lower back in place it without driving the car a bit? If I press the toggle again nothing happens. Key 0n-key off? Is there some kind of sequence that I am missing? Thanks.

Same toggle. Press until fully extended. Then press again and it goes down.

Just press does not work, maybe press and hold a second or two? Car is home right now, I'll try again tonight. Thanks.

Press & hold. You can watch the illustration of the cars wing to confirm what position it’s in.

I raise and clean under the spoiler every couple of washes. It's surprising how grungy it gets, and don't like the idea of someone driving behind my otherwise clean car and seeing the underside of the spoiler looking like it gets no love.

Somebody driving that close to me that they can see the grunge deserves to eat the grunge
