Chalk/slate gray interior questions
Was curious if anyone has this color and if it will age well? Car will be garaged, but I am concerned over time plastic parts will start to turn yellow since it is such a light color?

Seems fine to me, only been a bit over 2000 miles but haven't had any issues

Had 2 cars with chalk interiors. No issues. Raw denim could be a problem if consistently driving in them, but other than that you should be fine. I always kept to a regimen of using a leather cleaner every other time I washed my car and then a leather conditioner once a quarter. The seats looked good as new even after a couple of years.

My current interior is agate grey which is relatively low maintenance, but before I’ve had saddle brown on my Mercedes.

I also had a 2012 F10 M5 with silverstone interior, after 4 yrs and 70000km, no issues either. You will need to spend some efforts maintaining but still very minimal work. Get yourself some good quality interior/leather cleaner/conditioner, it makes noticeable difference especially if you wear jeans often.
