I like the darker/normal trim - like how it doesn't over power the wood work.
Yes the wood may be too powerful in a way it could distracts the overall cabin..

I have to agree with you on how the standard trim matches the steering wheel (dark sides/switch gear) and the central console more, but don’t you think it may crash with the Burmester sliver speakers?
I'd go with Option #1. Leather always looks good IMHO. Definitely not the wood though.
I think I will go with standard trim that comes with the darker sliver and changing it to leather (will order it as a spare part from the dealer) then install it once the car arrive.. it’s a long process but it will work well with the darker look of the other cabin buttons/gears
How is it a rip off? Its $1,500 for about 10 yards of thread.... that seem like a bargain to you?
These are high margin cars because we're all suckers. Remember, I'm saying that I'm one that would happily get ripped off for the 930 pack because I like the look. Doesn't mean the pricing is justified.... it just means that Porsche knows their customers.
My order for a 992 base just locked and I picked the same exterior and interior colors as you. I kept the standard trim because I thought it would go well with the chalk stitching on the seats and chalk seatbelts I picked as well. On the outside I went for silver window trim and silver tailpipes to keep the theme going. In my opinion if you want to keep a consistent color scheme and are are bored with the standard trim go with light silver, the other options don’t match as well.

It’s true and the funny thing is when ever you want to get the “930 Pack” you must to have the 18/14 way seats.. that alone is a rip off why cant they just do them on the normal seats
