If i wasn't clear, there is no written policy deductible. By virtue of curtailing their claims or imposing artificially depressed reimbursable rates, you're left paying the difference and it effectively becomes a deductible.

I have 10.5K on my car already, so it's my DD. If I drove 1K, i would've passed.
