Question Indoor car cover differences?

Curious if anyone has looked into the difference between these two covers? There is quite a price difference! And of course colour...

premium indoor car cover 992 - $289.95
https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU992ICC.html

premium indoor car cover plus 992 - $629.95
https://www.suncoastparts.com/produc...92iccplus.html

Also, what do you use for a cover?

I had the less costly one for my 997.2 and liked it a lot. It was light weight and fit in our home washing machine. I have no experience with the other cover.

Unfamiliar with the pricier version, but had the "cheaper" one on my 991.2, and have it also on my 992. Fits perfectly and works well when I leave the car for extended periods of time

I had the less expensive cover and used on my last two 911’s and a very good cover that fit well. I am waiting for my 992 to arrive and am contemplating purchasing the black cover and can’t figure out while it is twice the price. I can only guess it’s due to the sex appeal as it is a much better looking cover.

Get a cheap cover made of cotton. You do NOT want a waterproof cover. Do your research on this. This is an area where less really is more. Also, a loose fitting generic cover is much easier to use, to run through a washing machine and to get on and off the car. All are important qualities if you will be using the car with any sort of frequency. Snug form fitting covers may look good . . . but they can damage the paint and they're a real PIA to get on and off the car. As a result they don't get used all that much, which is probably a good thing in the long run.
